Agent Registry standalone skills generally available, with skill security scanning

Skill security scanning and governance in Agent Registry are available. You can automatically scan standalone skill revisions for security issues, review Finding resources, enforce scanning policies across your organization using custom Organization Policy constraints, and grant least-privilege skill management access.

You can also protect skill payloads at rest with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) (Preview).

Standalone skills in Agent Registry are generally available (GA). You can register, version, search, and govern standalone Skill resources, immutable SkillRevision packages, and verified Publisher details.
