Backup and DR: edit existing Cloud SQL backup plans, including rules and retention

You can now edit existing backup plans for Cloud SQL instances to update settings such as backup rules and maximum custom on-demand retention periods. To learn more, see Back up Cloud SQL instances to a backup vault.
