BigQuery AI.TRANSLATE function generally available for text translation

The AI.TRANSLATE function lets you translate text strings between languages. AI.TRANSLATE supports standard Neural Machine Translation (NMT) workloads and Translation LLM (TLLM) capabilities.

This function is generally available (GA).
