VPC Flow Logs adds Cloud NAT metadata annotations and drop reasons, now GA

General Availability: VPC Flow Logs adds the following metadata annotations and packet drop reasons for Cloud NAT:

• Metadata annotations: connection.nat_ip, connection.nat_port, and nat_gateway_details
• Drop reasons: NAT_ENDPOINT_INDEPENDENT_CONFLICT, NAT_OUT_OF_CONNECTIONS, and NAT_OUT_OF_PORTS
