Cloud Vision API emotion labels deprecated, face detection returns UNKNOWN

Face detection model update

The emotion label response in the Cloud Vision API is deprecated. Going forward, the Cloud Vision API face detection (FACE_DETECTION feature) will return UNKNOWN for all emotion-related labels.
