Compute Engine regional projectViews and imageViews endpoints generally available

Generally available: You can query regional views of global Compute Engine project and OS image resources by using the regional read-only projectViews and imageViews endpoints. Querying regional views isolates your control-plane read requests to a specific region, helping your workloads stay available during global API disruptions.
