Cluster Toolkit v1.106.0 adds multi-NIC for Managed Lustre and Terraform parallelism

Cluster Toolkit v1.106.0 is available. This release adds support for flexible managed instance groups on static compute nodes, multiple network interfaces (multi-NIC) for Google Cloud Managed Lustre instances, and parallelism controls for Terraform to accelerate cluster deployment and teardown.

This release also introduces the cloud-build community module to build container images with Cloud Build.

Additionally, this release adds preflight checks for storage profiles when you submit jobs and cleans up gateways when you cancel jobs.

This update also scopes the --main-only flag in the gcluster job logs command to the main Pod and its default container.
