Agent Assist Gemini transcribe live generally available

Gemini transcribe live is generally available. Live transcription converts streaming audio to text in real time to deliver quick, reliable intermediate transcriptions for live conversations.

The model_id field in GeminiAsrConfig remains in preview. Leave model_id unset to use the default Gemini transcribe live model.
