API Gateway deprecates negative backend deadlines in OpenAPI 2.0 and gRPC configs

Negative backend deadlines are deprecated

A negative backend deadline in an OpenAPI 2.0 x-google-backend extension or a gRPC BackendRule uses the default deadline, the same as 0. Negative values there are deprecated and will be rejected in a future release; until then, creating an API config with one returns a warning in the operation metadata. OpenAPI 3.x backends already reject a negative deadline. To use the default, omit the field or set it to 0.

For more information, see OpenAPI 2.0 extensions and OpenAPI 3.x extensions.
