Cluster Toolkit v1.105.0 adds Slurm on Cloud TPU 7x and optional MIGs for A4X

Cluster Toolkit v1.105.0 is available. This release adds support for Slurm on Cloud TPU 7x and optional support for managed instance groups (MIGs) on static compute nodes that use A4X machine types.

This release also adds storage profiles and volume attributes for Cloud Storage FUSE in job submissions, and unifies Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) blueprints for GPU and Cloud TPU workloads to support dynamic consumption options.

Additionally, this release adds the repository_name variable to override repository names and fixes the output for the registry URL in the Artifact Registry module.

This update also introduces the pre-existing-project community module and resolves an HTTP 400 error when Slurm checks the deletion status of virtual machines (VMs).
