BigQuery AI.KEY_DRIVERS generally available; failover history view in preview

The AI.KEY_DRIVERS function is now generally available (GA). You can use the AI.KEY_DRIVERS function to identify segments of data that cause statistically significant changes to a summable metric.

You can query the INFORMATION_SCHEMA.FAILOVER_HISTORY view to retrieve a near real-time list of failover events for reservations within an administration project that use managed disaster recovery.
