Generally Available: Trusted Launch is now supported for Arm64 Marketplace Images

Announcing that Trusted Launch supported Arm64 Images are now available in the Azure Marketplace. You can now get the dual benefit of cost and performance efficiencies of Arm64 in addition to the security benefits of Trusted Launch. 

Arm64 VMs bring cost savings, energy efficiency, and high performance to cloud workloads. 

Trusted Launch VMs provide foundational compute security to Azure VMs by enabling Secure Boot and vTPM capabilities. Trusted Launch protects OS against rootkits, boot kits and enables attestation by measuring the boot chain of VM. 

The Cobalt 100 based Arm64 VMs (Dpsv6/Dplsv6/Epsv6) support the Trusted Launch security type, and users can improve the security of their Cobalt 100 VMs by deploying with Trusted Launch images from the marketplace. Supported images include Ubuntu 24.04, Debian 13, Rocky 9, Azure Linux 3, RedHat Enterprise Linux 10, and more.
