Generally Available: Application Gateway upgrades with no performance impact

Azure Application Gateway now performs upgrades without any degradation in performance. During an upgrade, it automatically provisions new gateway instances to maintain the same pre-upgrade capacity. This ensures: 

• No impact on performance 
• Full traffic handling throughout the upgrade 

This enhancement strengthens resiliency and reliability for mission-critical applications, ensuring consistent performance even during infrastructure updates.
