Generally Available: Log Analytics Summary rules

Announcing the general availability of Summary rules in Log Analytics. Summary rules let you summarize high-ingestion-rate streams across Analytics, Basic, or Auxiliary plans, providing robust analysis, dashboarding, and long-term reporting experiences on summarized Analytics tables.
With the General Availability release, we are increasing the number of permissible rules per workspace to 100.
